Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases on donteverforgetit.com (the "Store"), operated by DontEverForgetIt, Inc. ("DEFI", "we", "us"). By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Use of the DEFI app is covered by the app's own terms and conditions.

1. Products and prices

All prices are in US dollars. We try to describe products and prices accurately. If we find an error in a price or description after you order, we'll contact you and you may cancel for a full refund. Prices, products and availability may change without notice.

2. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud. Payment is charged when you place your order. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

3. Preorders

Preorder items, such as the DEFI Smart Pillbox 14, are charged at checkout together with shipping and ship on the estimated date shown on the product page. If the ship date changes, we'll let you know by email. You can cancel a preorder for a full refund at any time before it ships.

4. Shipping

Shipping options, rates and delivery details are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the package is delivered to the carrier-confirmed address.

5. Returns, refunds and warranty

Our 30-day money-back policy and 1-year warranty are described in our Refund Policy.

6. Health information

DEFI products help you remember and track doses. They do not provide medical advice, and they are not a substitute for instructions from your doctor or pharmacist. Always follow your healthcare provider's directions for your medication.

7. Use of the Store

Please don't misuse the Store, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Content on the Store, including text, images, videos and logos, belongs to DEFI or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DEFI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the Store at the time of your order applies to that order.
