Refund policy

30-day money back

If DEFI isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

To qualify, the item must be complete (device, cables and included parts) and returned in its original packaging where possible.

How to start a return

Email us at gasian@gasian.co.kr with your order number before sending anything back. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you and refund your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few business days to post the refund.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can make it right. In these cases we cover the return shipping.

1-year warranty

Every DEFI device is covered by a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If your device stops working as it should within one year of delivery, contact us and we'll repair or replace it. The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, water damage or unauthorized repairs.

Preorders

You can cancel a preorder at any time before it ships for a full refund, including any shipping charged at checkout. After it ships, the 30-day money-back policy above applies.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size or product, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
