What real users say
Best pillbox ever!
The IR pill tracer is genius — it actually detects if I've taken my dose. Alarms are customizable and reliable. Total game-changer!
Easy, and keeps improving
Sound and vibration alerts are really helpful when I'm away from my phone. I haven't missed a dose thanks to this.
Great quality, well made
Large slots, easy to use, works great. Very satisfied and highly recommended.

Common questions
Everything you need to know
How do I connect to Bluetooth?
Turn on Bluetooth and start pairing in the DEFI app. When asked, press the pairing button on the back of the pillbox. (Android requires 'Allow Location Access'.)
What if the Bluetooth connection drops?
On Android, close and reopen the DEFI app. Stability can vary by phone model; an app update addressing this is planned.
Does Bluetooth always have to be connected?
The alarm works on its own; other features need the app connected. Every open and close is stored on the pillbox and syncs to the app automatically when Bluetooth reconnects.
Are the compartments airtight?
No. Keep the pillbox away from heat and humidity.
Does it detect soft-gel capsules?
Not reliably. The IR sensor may not detect soft-gel capsules. Tablets and hard capsules are detected normally.
How do I know when it's charged, and how long does a charge last?
Red LED means charging; blue LED means fully charged. One charge lasts 30–40 days at minimum and up to 90 days depending on use.
How do I clean it?
Wipe it lightly with a dry cloth. It's not waterproof, so don't rinse it.
